From important telephone numbers to information about the night’s rest, we have summarized everything for you here.
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment or room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Please simply hand in the keys at reception.
PAYMENT
Please settle the outstanding bill the day before your departure. You can do this in cash, by EC card or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only).
FINAL CLEANING
We do not charge for final cleaning if the apartment is used properly. However, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning in the event of heavy soiling.
TOWELS / BEDDING
Please put the towels in the collector in the apartment and on the floor in the room. Bedding can also be exchanged on request.
HOUSEKEEPING
Please note that during your stay we will dispose of any garbage from your apartment and change the towels. If you do not wish us to do this, please let us know.
INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi is available to all our guests throughout the hotel.
WASTE SEPARATION
Please separate your garbage – for the sake of the environment. We dispose of the garbage daily.
NIGHT'S REST
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to observe the night’s rest from 22:00.
SMOKING
Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the entire house. We ask you to respect this. You are welcome to smoke outside.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
We ask for your understanding that any damage caused to your room or apartment will be charged and must be paid for on site.
SAFE
There is a safe for your valuables in every room. This is insured for cash and valuables up to € 1,000.00. You are also welcome to leave valuables at reception.
